Bad food. Bad Service. Rude Management. Dont waste your money here.

This place has turned into the joke of Brantford. If your looking for under age alcohol - look here - they like to serve minors! I think its the only way they get customers as the service sucks! The food is so so - I prefer Cambridge and Kitchener Pizza hut food. Not sure why it should be different but it is.
Most times I go there the place is empty but the food takes forever anyway. But it gives us time for a few more beers! Most times the server doesnt even ask for ID! My 15 year girlfriend even got served - lol.

April 13, 2009 I ordered 2 of the new panormous pizzas. I was not impressed with it at all for one thing the never even made it right, they gave me 4 separate pizzas to make the trays. When I went to get it the worker said he didn't know how to make it because nobody showed him how to do it plus they were to doughy and the one pizza I ordered mushrooms only getting about 1 or 2 pieces on each little square. I suggested he gave me a discount because I wasn't getting what I payed for but was denied. I feel I wasn't a vauled customer when I dished out a lot of money to buy the pizzas. I would really like to hear back from your company ASAP on this matter. With todays hard times I can't take out my family to often and I accepted to receive at least quality coming from Pizza Hut because of it's prices. Thank You nikkiinforteriprotectedemailotmail.com

if i could pick 1 place to alway eat at 24/7 it would be pizza hut

Pizza Hut on King George Rd. in Brantford has gone completely downhill in the last couple of years. I am someone who ate there at least twice a month but will not return for a long while now. The last three times my wife and i ate there we had to eat our dinners seperately because the kitchen staff has no idea how to time things. The buffet is always empty so you spend an extra hour at lunch waiting for food. Some people have to get back to work you know!!!

The servers are slow and the kitchen staff is extremely slow. The last straw was our last visit when we sat for 9 minutes and never even got offered a drink or anything. Clean up your act Pizza Hut or 2009 will be an extremely lean year for profits.

Less than average product for more than average cost.

I totally agree with the first 2 reviewers. I had not been to Pizza Hut in a few years and WOW, what a change! From bad service, to high prices for inferior food. I do not know what is keeping them open. I did complain to the female manager - only to be told - it was because they were understaffed. Why is that my fault? They still charge me the full price.
I will not be back!

I am not sure what has happened recently at this restaurant, but change has not been good. My family has been going to Pizza Hut for quite a few years and the kids have always loved it. The staff were always so friendly and attentive and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs.
But over the past few months this has been slowly changing. They seem like they no longer have that spark or enthusiasm. Not sure if its just the time of year but something has changed recently and NOT for the better.
I have not seen the familiar management team I am used to to ask them, and I am not sure we are going to continue coming long enough to find out.
Pizza Hut - whatever you changed - change it back - it is not working!
You are going downhill like so many forgotten restaurants of the past.
Where are the friendly female management team I always liked talking to? (Sorry i don't remember their names)

Service has gone way down hill. Now very few staff on and they are always running and stressed. No customer service - obviously the NEW owners only care about the money!
